1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the join 9 platform available at join-9.im (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "join 9", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and join 9 with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

join 9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, join 9 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version in force.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the join 9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that applies to online gambling platforms at the time of registration or use.
• Account status: Your join 9 account must not have been previously suspended, closed for cause, or terminated by join 9 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We use a combination of automated systems and manual document review as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age of all players. join 9 reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. 3 Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. join 9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via the security settings menu. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. join 9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

join 9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address — utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within 90 days

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements, systematically placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering thresholds with minimal variance ("bonus hedging"), or colluding with other players to share bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, join 9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the player's account.

6 User Obligations

By using the join 9 Platform, you agree to the following obligations, which are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players.

1. Lawful use only: You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information to join 9 at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and support interactions.
3. Personal responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the Platform. join 9 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.
4. Funds origin: You confirm that all funds deposited into your join 9 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. You agree that the Platform will not be used for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
5. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the join 9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, as well as potential legal action where appropriate.

• Minors: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
• System interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform, including its servers, APIs, or game engines.

join 9 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to monitor player activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, join 9 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your join 9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, join 9 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to re-verification of identity and responsible gaming status.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion closure, which applies a mandatory cooling-off period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. 8.3 Closure or Suspension by join 9

join 9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of an excluded or prohibited person
• Direction from a relevant regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees or closure, subject to applicable law

Where an account is closed by join 9 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason, join 9 will process a withdrawal of the verified balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the join 9 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of join 9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of join 9.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, join 9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other intangible losses. join 9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

join 9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond join 9's reasonable control — including network outages, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers — may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. join 9 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

8.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and join 9 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the join 9 support team in writing at [email protected]. join 9 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where circumstances require it.

8.7 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority of applicable jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.8 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the join 9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and join 9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
